2. Go to the website www.creditflipper.com and copy & paste (or insert manually) your code into the white box at the bottom of the page.
3. Once you have entered this information and clicked “Confirm” please then login to your Facebook account.
4. To confirm that your account has been credited with 100 Facebook Credits please click on the following link:  https://secure.facebook.com/settings?tab=payments
5. Now you should be able to see your Facebook Credit balance next to your account information.
6. If you encounter any problems while entering your code, be sure to use the copy & paste functions and don’t hesitate to refresh the Credit Flipper website (www.creditflipper.com) for security reasons.
7. The use of Apple’s Safari browser is not recommended, please try to redeem your Facebook Credits using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firerfox, or Google Chrome.

We thought we would post a blog to spread the Christmas cheer, so click here for a song to get to get you into the Christmas spirit.

Here at Toluna, we find the values of Christmas to be special and have great traditions.

Christmas in the UK is a truly magical season, bringing families & friends together. It is a tradition that has many much loved customs in the UK. Such as decorating the tree together, carol singing, sending cards & children performing nativity plays.

In the UK less emphasis is placed on Christmas Eve than in other countries, much more is made of Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Carol singing, midnight church services and going out to the pub are some of the activities that many families enjoy.

One Christmas ritual not drawn from an ancient tradition is the British monarch’s broadcast on Christmas day. On Christmas day the Queen broadcasts a Christmas message heard & watched by millions of viewers.

One important tradition passed down and developed over the years is the Christmas dinner.

In the UK Christmas dinner is eaten on December 25^th. It is usually eaten with friend & family; it is usually a special day for most people in the UK. In the UK most people eat Turkey & other poultry is this what you will eat or perhaps you have a different tradition? Most meals are served with gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, vegetables and a favourite brussel sprouts! Mince pies & Christmas pudding are also a popular choice in the UK.

King Henry VIII was the first English Monarch to eat Turkey as a Christmas dinner. So it rapidly spread throughout the UK in the 17^th century.

So relax and enjoy the Christmas spirit and perhaps take a moment of time to think about a New Year’s resolution?

Dear Members,

On 5^th December 2011 we launched a new and exciting Christmas Game on our Facebook fanpage as well as Toluna.com! You have until 19^th December to enter.

We want our members to express their creativity in decorating their Christmas trees for a chance to win a Christmas prize from Toluna!

So what do you do?

Step one – Create a photo, picture or video of your Christmas tree once you and your family have decorated it. Have it be Traditional, funky, modern, however you like and upload it to our opinion topic on Toluna. To help you out examples and models are available in the Christmas at Toluna album on our Toluna Facebook fanpage and we’ll throw a few up down below just in case. Just make sure the Toluna logo is somewhere on your submission so it can be validated & officially entered in the contest.

Step two – Then quickly post your creation in a poll on Toluna.com. To create a poll click on the create a poll tab & do not forget to upload your image or video from your computer.

Step three – Finally, send us a message with the link to your poll on this opinion topic! Don’t forget that this information is essential for us to properly credit your submission. Any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us!

Step four – The most popular Christmas tree will be decided on the basis of vote counts by the Toluna team. Don’t hesitate to share your creations with your friends to get the maximum number of possible votes.

Recently, there has been some unforeseen confusion regarding TolunaTeam accounts on the Toluna.com community.  In hindsight it does look to have been imprudent to begin these accounts without such an official post.  For that we apologise.  Please consider this our official declaration that in future there will be TolunaTeam accounts for all languages and these we will be rolling out progressively over the next few months.

At the moment TolunaTeam (for US and Canada), TolunaTeamEN (for other English-speaking countries) and TolunaTeamFR (for French-speaking countries) are the accounts already active and communicating with members.  We hope this will help to improve communication in the long run with all Toluna members.  We look forward to your continued commitment and dedication.

For members that have been active during the past 12 months, Toluna points have a validity of 16 months. Any points that are not redeemed within 16 months from when they were originally earned will expire and be removed from your account. Please refer to our terms and conditions for complete details.
