We’ve added a new page which will allow you to track all of the vouchers you’ve ordered! From the “You” menu select “Your vouchers” and you will be redirected to a page which will give you a full account of the vouchers you have ordered and their estimated arrival time.     I’m another user waiting on my vouncher for HMV – its reported as being available on the 12th – well its the 20th now. Why does it takes so long to get them too? Other sites send you them the instant you apply – eg Lightspeedpanel.

    been waiting before xmas for my sainsburys vouchers

    toluna are quick enough to send out surveys so that they can get paid – but when it comes to the individual getting paid – ie getting vouchers etc – there is ALWAYS A PROBLEM

    12th Feb but still not arrived.

    It seems to me that we are all being conned here with our vouchers. I am also waiting for my since 12th February, it is the 24th. Maybe they think we do not have anything to do with our lives and we just like filling in surveys with no rewards.

    i am still waiting for my hmv voucher from 02/02/2008.
    if i have not received it by 01/03/2008 then goodbye toluna.
    there isnt even a link to contact them anymore

    My sainsburys voucher now two weeks overdue and not hopeful of them ever getting to me. From the comments here though I don’t think Toluna are taking this issue seriously else things would have improved.

    I ordered 2 hmv vouchers over a month ago the date was 6/03/08 when i ordered.

    I messaged you with the problem that i had still not recieved them you then took another 2 weeks a long time to respond and told me they could take 4 weeks to arrive in my email inbox,

    I messaged you a third time with this delay of the vouchers you wrote back after a week telling me to provide the date i converted my points and ordered the 2 hmv vouchers.

    And i did what you asked and messaged you back with the date that i ordered and what type of voucher reward i ordered.

    Now this is the 5th time I have messaged you with the problem of toluna not wanting to give me my 2 hmv vouchers and making me wait over 1 month which i have waited and the 4 weeks of waiting has passed.

    Today is the 07/04/08 The date i am writing this message and i still have not recieved my 2 hmv vouchers and also it is an appauling way for toluna and testandvote to treat me in this way.

    I demand you give me my 2 hmv vouchers and a quick response in regard to this 5th message which i have taking my time and patience to write.

    I AM VERY DISGUSTED BY THE LEVEL OF WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    AND WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION IF I DO NOT RECIEVE MY 2 HMV VOUCHERS VERY SOON.

    I SPENT MY HARD EARNED POINTS ON THEM AND I EXPECT TO BE GIVEN WHAT
    I ORDERED WHEN I ORDER.

    ordered my cd wow vouchers in feb and they were supposed to be with me for the 27th/03/08 and I am still waiting patiently although my patience is wearing thin….. I too think that toluna should hurry up and get a working contact us link as this has really annoyed me not being able to contact them like all you other’s have found too…..

    On 2nd March I traded 50,000 points to be converted to ipoints. I now understand that ipoints is not available after 29th February 2008, so whats happened to my 50,000 which has been taken off my account? Can it be returned back please.

    I reported my vouchers, missing onthis blog on April 9, 2008 3:27 PM I then got a reply that they should be with me in two weeks from the 27th/03/08 and I am still waiting!!!!

    i put a comment on this blog that i ordered HMV voucher on 02/02/2008 but had not received it.
    i have contacted them on numerous occasions with no reply.
    but i must say that i contacted them on monday 20/04/2008 again and i have just received my voucher.
    so thank you toluna at last

    Has ANYONE who posted here about not receiving HMV vouchers got them in the end or is Toluna turning out the be one big scam?

    Typically, I had a reply to my query (of 10/08/08) about not receiving my HMV vouchers today and it sounds as if it will get resolved. If anyone reading this is in the same situation, you may be heartened by the reply I had which follows.

    “Thank you for your email. Unfortunately coinciding with our launch of our new website we have experienced some problems and there is a delay in the sending out of vouchers. However your order is on our server and will be sent out as soon as these problems have been resolved. Please accept our apologies for this delay and I hope that you enjoy your vouchers when they arrive”
