    roughly how long are these e-vouchers going to be sent out to people???. i think alot of people are unhappy at the wait they experince to get e-vouchers – in fact alot of people have been waiting for a couple of months for hmv vouchers when in effect they should take a coouple of days at the least – as proved by other survey sites – like juicy brains and lightspeed

    no good posting new rewasrds ect untill this site has sorted out members complaints like points never arriving and vouchers taking too long to arrive there sent by e mail not snail mail and error pages need fixing come on toluna you check all opinions do something about all the complaints

    I ordered 2 hmv vouchers over a month ago the date was 6/03/08 when i ordered.

    I messaged you with the problem that i had still not recieved them you then took another 2 weeks a long time to respond and told me they could take 4 weeks to arrive in my email inbox,

    I messaged you a third time with this delay of the vouchers you wrote back after a week telling me to provide the date i converted my points and ordered the 2 hmv vouchers.

    And i did what you asked and messaged you back with the date that i ordered and what type of voucher reward i ordered.

    Now this is the 5th time I have messaged you with the problem of toluna not wanting to give me my 2 hmv vouchers and making me wait over 1 month which i have waited and the 4 weeks of waiting has passed.

    Today is the 07/04/08 The date i am writing this message and i still have not recieved my 2 hmv vouchers and also it is an appauling way for toluna and testandvote to treat me in this way.

    I demand you give me my 2 hmv vouchers and a quick response in regard to this 5th message which i have taking my time and patience to write.

    I AM VERY DISGUSTED BY THE LEVEL OF WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    AND WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION IF I DO NOT RECIEVE MY 2 HMV VOUCHERS VERY SOON.

    I SPENT MY HARD EARNED POINTS ON THEM AND I EXPECT TO BE GIVEN WHAT I ORDERED WHEN I ORDER.

    I think it is a good thing that the range of rewards is expanding, but I also believe there should be clear information about how long the vouchers take to be sent (especially electronic ones via email). Sites like Valued Opinions generate the Amazon vouchers instantly when you choose to redeem them – how come Toluna cannot use similar technology?
