    Why not use e-Rewards ?

  2. Anonymous says :

Bad idea I use ipoints not amazon plus you can get them vouchers everywere.

  3. Anonymous says :

what members want before othe reward options is the delay it takes to recive rewards first before adding more toluna needs to go back to the old system test and vote it was loads better and faster at sending out rewards its changed for the worse in that way

No don’t get rid of ipoints I use them – I don’t use amazon vouchers! In fact I don’t use any of the others!

  5. Anonymous says :

    Bad idea !

What are you thinking of? Get rid of ipoints and you get rid of a member! Sorry guys!

  7. Rainbow says :

I like ipoints but am happy to have Amazon as an option for rewards.

  8. Anonymous says :

They used toi have Amazon vouchers before so I am very pleased they are back and will start to do surveys again.

What the frig are I points????

  9. Anonymous says :

    Amazon vouchers are very good!
    Don’t know anything about ipoints.

  10. Anonymous says :

You should keep ipoints as a reward and just add amazon, that way everyones happy

  11. Anonymous says :

I’m saving iPoints and like converting my toluna points. can you not keep both???
    Not happy 😦

  12. Anonymous says :

That’s SO disappointing. Ipoints are the only reward that is instant which is why I choose that reward. Not sure I’ll be sticking around if this happens.

  13. Anonymous says :

ipoints are one of the best options available and now they’re getting rid of them! before they start messing with reward options they need to sort out the time they take to pay rewards in the first place….4 weeks to send an hmv e-voucher!!!

  14. Tee says :

how can you get rid of ipoints??

its the only reward i think most of us select. the only reason i come on here is for i points!!

if i points go no point hanging around

  15. Wayne Cowley says :

Believe it or not I use my ipoints for purchases from Amazon so this makes things a lot simpler for me – might be nice to have both options available though.

What will the exchange rate be?

  16. Anonymous says :

Agree with comments on delays it has taken almost 3 months now and still no HMV e-voucher – voucher ordered 4/11/07. Site says it would be delivered on 12/2/08 – but it was not 😦

  17. Anonymous says :

I have no need for ipoints. Amazon vouchers are a lot better idea. Being an avid reader I have long thought that there was a music bias in the rewards and people that like books were ignored.

  18. Anonymous says :

    yes e-rewards

it’s a geat loss to get rid of ipoints – i mean toluna wasone of the best ways of getting ipoints. Im sureyou haveyour reasons but tbh why cant you have ipoitns AND amazon. You will find a lot of members leaving because your ignorance.

Great i can finally cash my points in! I claim amazon vouchers from everywhere, all helps towards Christmas!

  21. John Brewer says :

That’s great news regarding Amazon vouchers as I spend a lot of money there in cash or through other survey panel vouchers. I have NEVER cashed in any of my Toluna points hoping the Amazon vouchers would return. However judging by the comments here I also think you should keep the ipoints option too.

i wanted a cdwow voucher…have been waiting 2 weeks!! whole systems slow
    i feel exploited

  23. Anonymous says :

    why not use paypal vouchers??

  24. Matt Hunter says :

Reason i started was for ipoints.

  25. Anonymous says :

Have no reason to use Amazon so not good. Why not keep ipoints and add things like Argos or Tesco vouchers which loads of people would use

  26. Anonymous says :

Love Amazon. spend money there at least once a week so vouchers very handy. Plus very glad they will be available in £5 increments. Never used ipoints.

  27. Anonymous says :

    Can Canadians use Toluna?

  28. flumpet says :

Fantastic i will be visiting more often i prefer amazon. Thankyou

  29. Anonymous says :

ipoints are best not much notice of finihing ipoints also need a lot of points just to get £5

  30. Fsgse says :

This site is a waste of time. I have been a member for 5 yrs and have applied for every test – never got to test anything. I had 20,000 points removed from my account but noone can explain why! Now i am just 17,000 points short of my ipoints reward – the only thing i actually want from this site now and they screw us with that! Well, like many of you I guess i will forget this site now and will be advising the same to my referrals! Well done Toluna!

  32. Anonymous says :

bad bad bad idea!!! A step backwards by TOLUNA. Please keep ipoints as a redemption option!

  33. Anonymous says :

I requested ny points be converted to ipoints on 4/1/08. I am still waiting for them to be credited to my ipoints account. I have contacted Toluna numerous times but they dont even bother to reply and now I find that ipoints are no longer available from today. This site has the worst customer service of any survey site I have come across, waste of time.

  34. Anonymous says :

Oh no!! I’m 400 points short of my next ipoints reward!! Gutted!! Please don’t lose ipoints!!!!

  35. Anonymous says :

Amazon is better than ipionts because they come in smaller units, so you can always add money to make a purchase. I would really like to have Argos or John Lewis Vouchers.

  36. Anonymous says :

I am very unhappy about this I use ipoints & I have had nothing but problems from Amazon. How about High Street Vouchers, or here’s a shocker Cash?

  37. Anonymous says :

    No!! Please bring back iPoints!
    >_<
I have more amazon vouchers than I can shake a stick at, I want pretty things from iPoints.
    Bad Toluna.

  38. Anonymous says :

I only used toluna for ipoints. No more answering surveys for me!

  39. Anonymous says :

DOES ANYONE FROM TOLUNA CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER READ THESE COMMENTS? IF SO DO YOU EVER ANSWER YOUR CUSTOMER QUERIES?. I AM SICK OF CONTACTING YOU TO ASK WHERE MY MISSING IPOINTS ARE FROM 1/4/08 AND NOT RECEIVING A REPLY. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS, I HAVE SENT ANOTHER TODAY 19/3/08, CAN YOU AT LEAST HAVE THE COURTESY TO REPLY.

  40. Anonymous says :

No don’t get rid of Ipoints that is the only thing I use my Toluna points for. Can you not just add Amazon as an alternative option for rewards. I don’t think I will be taking part any longer if Ipoints has gone that’s the only reason I use Toluna. Bring back Test & Vote!

I ordered 2 hmv vouchers over a month ago the date was 6/03/08 when i ordered.

I messaged you with the problem that i had still not recieved them you then took another 2 weeks a long time to respond and told me they could take 4 weeks to arrive in my email inbox,

I messaged you a third time with this delay of the vouchers you wrote back after a week telling me to provide the date i converted my points and ordered the 2 hmv vouchers.

And i did what you asked and messaged you back with the date that i ordered and what type of voucher reward i ordered.

Now this is the 5th time I have messaged you with the problem of toluna not wanting to give me my 2 hmv vouchers and making me wait over 1 month which i have waited and the 4 weeks of waiting has passed.

Today is the 07/04/08 The date i am writing this message and i still have not recieved my 2 hmv vouchers and also it is an appauling way for toluna and testandvote to treat me in this way.

I demand you give me my 2 hmv vouchers and a quick response in regard to this 5th message which i have taking my time and patience to write.

I AM VERY DISGUSTED BY THE LEVEL OF WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

AND WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION IF I DO NOT RECIEVE MY 2 HMV VOUCHERS VERY SOON.

I SPENT MY HARD EARNED POINTS ON THEM AND I EXPECT TO BE GIVEN WHAT
    I ORDERED WHEN I ORDER.
