How do USA customers get rewards for their points? Am I wasting my time completing surveys? I think we should atleast be able to convert points over to vouchers for online businesses (even if uk) OR for the 1000 pound monthly giveaway and other giveaways.

I ordered 2 hmv vouchers over a month ago the date was 6/03/08 when i ordered.

I messaged you with the problem that i had still not recieved them you then took another 2 weeks a long time to respond and told me they could take 4 weeks to arrive in my email inbox,

I messaged you a third time with this delay of the vouchers you wrote back after a week telling me to provide the date i converted my points and ordered the 2 hmv vouchers.

And i did what you asked and messaged you back with the date that i ordered and what type of voucher reward i ordered.

Now this is the 5th time I have messaged you with the problem of toluna not wanting to give me my 2 hmv vouchers and making me wait over 1 month which i have waited and the 4 weeks of waiting has passed.

Today is the 07/04/08 The date i am writing this message and i still have not recieved my 2 hmv vouchers and also it is an appauling way for toluna and testandvote to treat me in this way.

I demand you give me my 2 hmv vouchers and a quick response in regard to this 5th message which i have taking my time and patience to write.

I AM VERY DISGUSTED BY THE LEVEL OF WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

AND WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION IF I DO NOT RECIEVE MY 2 HMV VOUCHERS VERY SOON.

I SPENT MY HARD EARNED POINTS ON THEM AND I EXPECT TO BE GIVEN WHAT
    I ORDERED WHEN I ORDER.

i have to say that i have only ever once tried to redeem points for boots vouchers and after 1 week, i contacted toluna to ask how long this would take. I received a reply to my email within 2 days explaining that there are only certain dates when vouchers are mailed out. Within a further 2 weeks, i was thrilled when my 30 pounds worth of boots vouchers dropped through my letterbox, so they’re not always too slow at sending them out and replying to emails – i have had no problems so far!!!!!

just to clear up any misunderstandings, i got a little muxed ip yesterday and mentioned boots vouchers – these were in fact from another site, it was actually paper halfords vouchers which i received, but still with no probs!! b Have you looked under the heading YOU(scroll down to vouchers and this gives you a date when you should expect them to arrive)?

    Hi David,
I have never heard of anyone waiting for their vouchers as long as you have. However, i really do not think that to pursue legal action is the way forward. I am in no way backing Tuluna, all i done was, stop using them, and count your losses in time and effort.Just for the record Test & Vote are just as bad. Remember David, you get nothing for nothing these days.
