Toluna down time extended

Due to extended upgrades Toluna will remain down for longer than had previously been expected and announced; we are doing our best to complete the process as quickly as possible, and apologize for the inconvenience.

    There seems to be a new problem. Each time I click on “Your Points”, “Your Vouchers” etc., I get the message: “We’re sorry, no polls matching your criteria were found”. And each time I try to click on a new page, I am logged out.

    Karen,

    Try deleting your cookies (from your browser) and see if this still happens. Getting logged out could be the result of corrupted cookies.
