Update on site problems

There are several problems on Toluna that we are currently working on fixing:

  1. Sponsored polls: some of you may be encountering a problem when attempting to vote; the system may be asking you to complete your profile even though you have already done so. We are working to resolve this issue, but in the meantime there is a simple solution; simply click on the “Your account” link from the navigation menu. After you access your account pages once, you should be able to vote on sponsored polls without encountering the error message; there’s no need for you to make any changes to your account.
  2. Reward partners: some older reward partners who have been deactivated now appear on the reward partners’ page. We kindly request that you do not convert your points into the following:
  • Miles & More
  • Spring prize draw
  • iTunes prize draw
  • iPoints
  • Priority Pass
  • Sainsbury’s
  • Chateau Online
  • Christmas prize draw
  • eShop Mega Store

3. Test area is currently offline so registration for product tests is not possible at this time.
