Update on Voucher Delays
As you are aware we have been experiencing some significant delays with the delivery of our vouchers, first communicated in the following blog in December.
We are currently awaiting the deliveries of vouchers to us so that we can then send them onto you. The next batch of vouchers to be sent out will be Love2Shop vouchers.
Please be aware that electronic vouchers are ordered in the same way that paper vouchers are ordered therefore this means that we do not receive the codes any quicker than paper vouchers. As soon as we receive the electronic voucher codes we send them to your account, seen on the “Your Vouchers” page. Paper vouchers are sent to the address registered on your profile.
We apologise for the delay and assure you that we are doing everything we can to get your overdue vouchers sent to you.
