More great reasons to redeem your points & update to Expiration Policy

Dear members,

As we work to improve our reward options for all members, we would like to take a moment to remind you of our points’ expiration policy. As explained in our FAQs and terms and conditions, points that are not redeemed within the period of validity will expire and be removed from your account.

As of the 15th of March 2011, Toluna points will have a validity of 16 months. We hope this will encourage our members to take advantage of some great new opportunities to win prizes that we will be launching this week. Stay tuned!

To ensure that you do not lose any of your Toluna points, please continue to participate regularly in surveys and polls, and check your balance and rewards page often to redeem your points for the various incentive opportunities we offer you. If you have questions about our new rewards or our points expiration policy, please feel free to contact us.

Please don’t forget that if your Toluna account remains inactive for a period of 12 months consecutively, then in accordance with our FAQ and terms and conditions, your full Toluna points balance will be forfeited.

Don’t forget to spend your points at the earliest opportunity to make sure they won’t expire and stay tuned to our blog to hear more about our new offers soon!
