Update – Voucher value increase!

Dear Toluna members,

The past few weeks have brought a lot of changes for our communities and have also seen us working very hard on fixing various problems and on the long-term improvements of our sites and the online experience of our most valuable part of the company – you.

We know that you work hard for your rewards and would like to give you some updates on the voucher partner that we have temporarily deactivated – Debenhams.
At the end of March we deactivated this voucher partner in your country in order to improve its redemption rate.

This change will enable you to order higher value vouchers under better exchange ratio. Unfortunately, we have changed certain internal processes and during this change we have encountered some problems. Therefore the change of the value has taken longer than we expected, but the Debenhams voucher will be reactivated tomorrow!
