How to check the status of rewards and surveys

You may already be familiar with this feature, but as we have had a few inquiries from members regarding this, we would like to take this opportunity to explain the steps you need to take in order to see your vouchers, rewards and surveys on your Toluna account.

1. You have requested a reward (a voucher – electronic or paper). In order to check its status you need to log in to your account, select You, then Your Rewards, then select the period you are interested in from the calendar which appears on this page. You need to keep in mind the date (or the approximate date) you ordered the reward, as you need to set the calendar for a period starting with a date previous to that.

For example, if you ordered a reward on the 5th of August, you need to go back to August on the left side of the calendar, then click on a day before the 5th, let’s say on the 1st of the month, as shown in the image below.

Then simply press the “Show” button to display the results of the search. If you want to search for a shorter period, you can also set the date on the right side of the calendar, as it shows the current date by default.

2. You can check the status of surveys you have participated in just as easily. Log in to your Toluna account, select You, then Your Points and set the period you are interested in. On this page you have an additional feature, a filter, which allows you to do a more specific search. You have the possibility to focus on Surveys or Prize Draws/Sweepstakes, and you can also check the Quick Votes you took part in or the points you used for Gifties, for example. To see your activity history just scroll down to the bottom of the page. You’ll notice the Debit/Credit column displays the points you have earned (for surveys, Quick Votes, etc.) and also the points you have spent.
