Paper/ Card Vouchers Deactivation – Important Notice

Dear Members,

We’re constantly working to improve our relationship with our members and the quality of our service, which is why we have decided to stop all card-format vouchers.

This deactivation of all paper/card vouchers will be gradual over the course of the next 4 weeks. We will do our best to deliver all requests made during that time. However, there is a possibility that some requests might get rejected, in which case your points will be automatically returned to your account.

In place of physical vouchers, we will maintain the electronic payment and e-voucher options already available, as well as work to increase the number of electronic rewards.

With this decision, we hope to greatly reduce complaints and deliverability time, while improving the quality of the service we provide to each of our members.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and thank you all for your understanding.
