Temporary Deactivation – Amazon e-voucher
Due to an unprecedented amount of requests for the Amazon e-voucher, we will be temporarily deactivating this option from the Rewards Centre (https://uk.toluna.com/rewards). This means that all requests will be rejected and your points will not be removed.
Doing so will allow us the necessary time to catch-up with all of the pending requests without more delay.
We will reactivate this option soon and will let you know once it’s back. In the meantime, please feel free to choose any of our other Reward options.
The voucher still shows in the reward centre, however it is out of stock for the moment as per the warning on the logo.
