Update on vouchers delivery
After an increase in delays on gift voucher delivery during June and July, we are doing everything possible to return to usual delivery times of 4 weeks.
Today we have delivered all gift vouchers ordered until the 15th august 2008. In the coming weeks we will catch up to all orders placed between the August 15th and September 15th.
Please accept our apologies for these delays.

Good that you have sorted out problems. Now can I have my 3 HMV vouchers that I ordered on 28th May, and are showing with a delivery date of 16th July on my profile? A reply would be welcome, either here on the blog or a personal email, as I have sent you at least 5 emails on this subject since August (I understood the difficulties back in June and July), but you lack of communication (and customer service) is unusual) in the 3 years that I have been a member.
Further to my earlier blog post, toluna have retrieved my voucher codes and emailed the code numbers to me. Thank you.
I ordered a amazon voucher on 23/7/08, I still have not received it despite contacting you about it on several occassions. When will I receive it?
Yes, as Clive there says, I am still waiting for mine to be delivered too, despite MANY E-Mails to Toluna, I have not recieved one single reply as of todays date……YET, the surveys keep coming through thick and fast, and I ALWAYS fill them in ( if I qualify )…..Seems a bit one sided at the moment, methinks…….Come on Guys / Girls at Toluna, sort it out, you are better than this !!!!!…….

I have submitted an enquiry on this blog on 18/9/08 and also emailed you on a number of occassions regarding my amazon voucher that has as yet not arrived. I hoped it would arrive today but still I have not got it. It was requested on 23/7/08 which I am sure you would agree was a long long time ago. I think this is very unreasonable of you and would appreciate if you could arrange for payment of this amount.

Since February I’ve been waiting for 2 HMV vouchers and another £20 voucher for completing a series of 5 surveys so I got very excited seeing this. Over the last few months I’ve sent numerous email to Toluna and have been given various excuses and different dates as to when I could expect to receive them. Having read the article I clicked on my vouchers to find my account had been updated but only with the tickets for the draw, not with my vouchers. I sent another email which has now been ignored.
Can anyone give me a clue as to if and when I will be receiving my vouchers please???

hmv voucher from june finally turned up today after 3 emails, guess toluna are trying to get it right.
just august voucher to sort now. perhaps toluna should update when these are expected for delivery as my home page does not even suggest a delivery date?
I still have not received my voucher ordered 4th August and still not had a reply either through the blog or from the numerous emails that I have sent. This is very poor to expect your members to tolerate this without the decentcy of a reply. I will await your reponce
umm, I have only just ordered my voucher on the 21 sept and wanted to use it against a purchase asap. Take it that is out of the window reading all of the above. I am also not receiving any response thru email. However, am still receiving all the surveys. Very disappointed
Still no reposonce from anybody. I have sent several emails and left several messages on the blog. This is very bad from Toluna. I will not be taking part in any surveys etc until somebody has some decentcy and tells people what is going on. You have been paid for us to take surveys it is only right that you pay the people that have helped you to get your money.
I totally agree with Angharad…maybe we should all stop doing the surveys that Toluna keep sending through as they can’t be bothered to update us with when we will get our vouchers. I’ve been waiting since February.

Many E-mails to toluna go unanswered, which based on the past history isn’t unusual. It seems they would rather delete them then reply to them and pretend there isnt a problem.
Someone needs to take toluna to court to make them deliver on their promises.

I have today received my voucher ordered on 4th August thank you, despite on 15th August you stating on blog that they had been sent. Date of posting on envelope 7th October. When will we receive other vouchers ordered will we get them before Christmas?
I ordered my voucher on the 14 July and still have not recieved it??? I have sent several emails and twice did i get the same reply blaming the website and telling me that they would be with me within a week but they never turned up and now toluna are ignoring my emails! Terrible service and looks like its a bit of a con. We should just stop earning them money!

This is a lie, I am still waiting and have been since the 14th of july. No-one seems interested in replying to my emails either.
I will not stop emailing and blogging until you send me my vouchers. I should send you a bill for man hours that I put in fiulling out your surveys which I might add you have now stopped sending me, I have asked you why you have done this and you never gave me an answer to this either. HMV voucher order 9th Sept & not received. Received reply email from toluna today saying they will be received within 4 weeks of order date?! Its already over 5 weeks. Email also referred me to this blog for an update. Im NOT happy about this!
Ordered mine on the 17th Sept and received an e-mail confirming I will get it in the 4 weeks. 5 week now and no sign of the HMV voucher.
I will be looking into reporting this site as they are making money off us but not paying up what they offer so fraud would be the word!!!
I have now been waiting since February for my vouchers and have given up emailing as I now get no response. Maybe someone needs to contact the companies issuing the vouchers to see if they are aware of the situation.

Well at least I have had a reply now saying my voucher outstanding from July was posted out to me. The address that is quoted is mine so I suppose it is lost to me as I have no way of proving it never arrived. Disappointing but nothing i can do as i assume they are not posted recorded delveery.
